All our shipping Costs are based on Delivery to the UK ONLY. If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact us to obtain a quote for shipping BEFORE purchasing any items. Whilst we keep our stock prices as low as possible delivery rates are dictated by carriers who set the charges. We try to get the best possible rates and will continue to update our rates on a regular basis.

RETURNS

We have a "no quibble" returns policy.
Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in good condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full.

Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.
