Precision Training Micro Cone Training set

The Precision Training Micro Training Cone Kit comprises of 12 x 23 cm micro cones with holes and 6 x 120 cm plastic canes that can be inserted into the holes to form a mini hurdle or used seperately on the ground for fast feet exercises.The cones and canes can be used for many different exercises and is ideal for skill progression, with speed mechanics and controlled plyometric exercise.
